Which museums are included in the Pass?
Doge's Palace, Museo Correr, Archaeological Museum, Marciana Library, Ca' Rezzonico, Palazzo Mocenigo, Casa Goldoni, Ca' Pesaro, Museum Fortuny, Natural History Museum, Glass Museum Murano and Lace Museum Burano. As of 2026, MUVEC Mestre and Museum Torcello are included too.
Is St. Mark's Basilica included?
No. The Basilica, the Campanile and the Clock Tower are not part of the civic museums and need separate tickets.
What's the difference between Standard and Plus?
Standard (35 €) covers 4 museums around St. Mark's Square. Plus (50 €) covers all 12 civic museums of Venice — including Murano, Burano and Mestre.
How do I get to Murano and Burano?
By vaporetto (public boat, lines 12, 4.1, 4.2). The boat ticket is not included in the Pass and must be bought separately.
How long is the Pass valid?
The official pass is valid 6 months from purchase. Via GetYourGuide, the voucher is valid 180 days from the day you exchange it in Venice.
Can I cancel?
Bookings directly via the official site are non-refundable. GetYourGuide bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before.
Do I have to pick a date or time slot?
No. The Museum Pass — including via GetYourGuide — does not assign a specific entry time slot, not even for Doge's Palace. Walk in any time during opening hours, within the 6-month validity of the official pass. (Source: visitmuve.it official ticket page, May 2026.)
Where do I exchange my GetYourGuide voucher in Venice?
At one of four desks: Marco Polo Airport boat dock, Alilaguna kiosk at Giardinetti Reali (San Marco), Alilaguna kiosk at Santa Lucia station, or Tronchetto InterParking.
Do I really skip the line at Doge's Palace?
You skip the ticket counter, but security screening at the entrance applies for everyone. In peak season this can take 15–30 minutes — early mornings (before 10:30) and late afternoons are calmer.
